My work as a photographer is always a stimulating job. So collaborating with some other local businesses to create an afternoon of magic was yet another exciting project to add to my portfolio.

‘Shipwrecked’ is an inspired piece that brought together the simplicity and innocence of a simple white dress, windswept hair, and the rugged coastline. Combined with the dramatic and moody ocean, the tone for the shoot was dark and intense.

The headland below Yamba’s iconic lighthouse gave us the perfect setting. Therefore feeling and looking like a million miles from civilisation we were really able to capture the shipwrecked theme. Likewise, Brookey our beautiful model was given the isolation, solitude, and space to be inspired.

As a gale blew and the waves crashed intensely against the rocks, we knew that mother nature was also giving us a helping hand in bringing our vision to life.

When creating new content, I work to capture the moment, the theme, the mood, and the essence of the day. As a result, your vision is captured.
